OVERVIEW

By signing and submitting the application form, the artist agrees that they have read and understood all the rules and standards of the Seabeck Holiday Arts/Crafts Fair. The participant agrees to the terms on this application form and the Standing Rules and will fulfill their responsibilities. The participants will submit their completed application form along with the appropriate fee(s) and other required materials by the deadlines provided.

The participant understands that most communications take place via e-mail, and the Event Manager cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed messages. Artists that have access to e-mail will inform the Event Manager of any changes to address, phone number, e-mail, or other contact information.

The participant further agrees to hold harmless the SCEC, Event Manager, Committee Members, CKSD and participating artists, from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action for any and all injuries or damage to or theft of pieces displayed, and any personal property brought to the SCEC Arts/Crafts Fair.  Violation of any or all the rules and regulations could result in the participant being asked to leave the show. The artist assumes all risk of loss or damage to the artist’s property.

We want to provide an art/craft show with high quality artwork, a wonderful variety of mediums and styles, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly people. Our artists work with the Event Manager, in the spirit of friendship and respect, while acting in a professional manner. We are here to help you to succeed. All, especially our loyal customers, who will return time and time again, will feel this atmosphere of camaraderie. Thank you for your participation in this great undertaking.

We have so many vendors that want to be a part of this show. As most of you know we will not have the space for everyone inside so we open spaces outside. We had 15 vedors outside last year!

Our prices went went up to $100 for a 10x10 spot inside, $75 for a 10ft wide inside for 1- 8 ft table or 2- 4ft tables or 1- 6ft with a display rack, as long as it does not got over 10ft wide (This is not a 10x10 space), and $50 for a 10x10 outside spot. These prices are for 2 days.
